Continuity of services, business as usual [Coronavirus outbreak]

Madrid, March 10th 2020

Dear Clients and Colleagues,

Following governmental recommendations affecting our Madrid office, we have activated our contingency plan for coronavirus. Most of our staff are working from home since this morning, especially those who commute using pub=
lic transportation. As we already had a flexible plan for employees, which includes working remotely, all systems were already in place and all tasks can be carried out properly.

Other measures include:

• Cancellation of all work trips, offline training and visits for the next two months.
• Health authorities recommendations for personal routines, namely, washing hands properly and regularly.
• We have advised our personnel to avoid gatherings and the use of public transport.

We can therefore assure you the continuity of our services.
